Posting an image of flowers is always a great way to start off the week.

MY BOYS
When I asked the boys to lay down head to head, Noah said "oh I know how to do this, it's like that other picture!" since I have the one from 2011 hung up at our Bouse House. I click my shutter once and then Ben was up and gone. I am so happy that it turned out so cute! You just never know with kids!

THE NINJA RUNNERS
Noah, my great-nephew had a Fun Run at his school this past week. He is in Kindergarden. I am so glad I was able to attend this event along with his Grandpa, Great Aunt, and his Great Grandma, just look at his smile!

Knot Hole Series and the Rust Series
Went on a photo shoot with a cousin who also loves photography while we were visiting in Bouse. It was fun to see what he liked to capture since his interest was more on textured things. I wanted to develop my eye to see things a little different so here is a few images I captured that are different than I usually shoot. Also look for my - Series of Lines.

SPRING FLOWER IN AZ
Spring Flowers in Arizona
The bees are out! This was taken in February. Amazing weather compared to other areas in the world during winter.

JARS OF NUTS
I love playing around with textures. In this picture I put together two different images that I had taken. I know the focus point isn't right but I still like it. To each it's own I guess. :)

SIMPLICITY
Letting go can be hard. You spend the first half of your life gathering things, then the second half you question why you have all this stuff. The meaning of life changes. I have been enjoying our simply life at our "Cabin in the Desert" this winter which has been inspiring me to clean out my closets at the house in the city.

WINDMILL AT SUNSET
Using a texture by Jai Johnson. I was practicing my shutter speed to capture the movement of the windmill.
